In the event that you are not satisfied with our merchandise please be advised of the following:
- All returns must be received within 14 business days from original purchase date to receive a refund.
- All returns must be in salable condition with original tags still attached.
- In the event you need to return items, please email us at [email protected] to get a Return Authorization number.
- Returns will be processed within 14 business days from the date we receive your return.
- If merchandise was defective or sent as an error, MION will credit your account 100% including the shipping charges.
- All other returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and no refund on shipping. Unfortunately, we cannot refund original shipping charges unless an error occurred on our part.
- Upon completion of return transaction, MION will issue you a refund. You will receive an email notifying you when we have processed your return and credited your account.
- You should expect the credit to appear on your statement. Reimbursement timeframes will vary depending upon your financial institution transmission of refunds.
Our system is designed to process your online order immediately, therefore you cannot change or cancel your order once it has been placed. You may easily return your merchandise by using the return authorization number given to you by customer service. Customers are responsible for the return postage.
We will gladly exchange your merchandise within 14 business days of original purchase date. Exchange merchandise must be in new and unused condition with original tags still attached. You may easily return your merchandise by using the return authorization number given to you by customer service. Customers are responsible for the Exchange postage.
