Q: What method of payments do you accept?
A: We accept the following: Visa, Master Card, Discover Card, American Express, Debit/ Check card, and PayPal.
Q: How can I place an order on mionbrand.com website?
A: Shopping on our site is quick and easy.  Select the item you want depending on the product a drop down box will appear which will allow you to select options such as (size). Make the selections and click on “Add to Cart”. Within the Cart you can select quantities. You'll be notified immediately if the flagged item is no longer available or temporarily out of stock.  After that you can continue shopping or proceed to checkout.  During Checkout, you'll provide your billing and shipping information. You'll have a chance to review your total order, including tax and shipping costs. If you're satisfied, you'll provide your credit card information to complete your secure transaction.  An email confirmation will be sent to the email address you've indicated at the time of order confirmation and again at the time of shipment.
Q: What if merchandise I choose is not available?
A: You'll be notified immediately if the flagged item is no longer available or temporarily out of order. There are times that errors occur relating to product descriptions, pricing and availability. We reserve the right to correct any typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions at any time without prior notice, including after an order has been submitted.
Q: What is your return/exchange policy?
A: All returns must be received within 14 business days from original purchase date to receive a refund. All returns must be in salable condition with original tags still attached.   For additional information read our Return/Exchange Policy.
Q: Will sales tax be applied to my order?
A: We are required by law to collect sales tax shipped to states Logo has operations or stores.  All orders shipped to Indiana sales tax will be added to your order.
Q: When will my order be processed?
A: We appreciate your business. Please allow 2-3 business days to process your order.
Q: Can I cancel or change my order?
A: Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
Q: When will I receive my order?
A: You will receive a shipping confirmation email which will include delivery tracking information.  Standard ground shipping is 3-6 business days.  For additional shipping information click here.
Q: What should I do if I received merchandise in error or if it is damaged?
A: If you received an item in error or it is damaged return merchandise within 14 business days from original purchase date to receive a refund.

Q: Can I order bulk quantities?
A: Logo reserves the right to limit the quantity of items purchased per person, per household or per order and to cancel or reject orders.

Q: Do you ship outside of the USA?
A: Currently Logo does not ship merchandise outside of the USA.  As our brand grows we will implement this service.  We apologize for any inconvenience and hope that you will check the mionbrand.com website for updates.
Q: Do you have any MION® retail stores?

A: We collect information such as i.e.(name, email address, credit/debit card number billing/shipping address, Internet protocol address). All of the information we collect about you, may be combined for marketing and promotional purposes, to improve our communications with you, to enhance the content of our Site, and to optimize your overall Logo shopping experience.
